Vincent reppert

I am a litigation/real estate/corporate attorney who practices primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate and related litigation, development projects and transactional projects, among other areas.

I am a former Division 1 scholarship football player and played professionally thereafter. In addition, our practice includes representing many former NFL players in the national CTE litigation with the NFL. I am involved with, and represent, all professionals and investors including banks and financiers. I spend much of my time negotiating many different types of real estate related and corporate agreements with banks and investors and owners at all levels. I represent both banks and the investors who work with those banks at all levels. Our practice is global and involves everything beginning from idea conception to working hand-in hand with all trades such as engineers, architects, and other legal counsel in cross-border transactions.

I hope to add real life experiences from actual negotiations for projects which were ultimately developed and some which were never developed and resulted in protracted expensive litigations. I have served as lead counsel in many litigations and arbitrations throughout the country.

I trust and hope I can contribute to how these very successful joint ventures came to pass and how many investors passed on what became some of the of the most successful real estate projects throughout the United States. I attended Syracuse University, the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Seton Hall University Law School and graduated with honors.
