Prospective group formation

Prospective group formation at GradGov is a semester long process where group leaders develop their organization’s constitution and learn their way around the Georgetown administrative systems. For a prospective group formation to become officially recognised by GradGov, they would have to receive more approval (Yes) votes than denial (No) votes during any of the GradGov Senate meeting in a semester.

Student organizations wishing to have access to university benefits must have a unique organizational mission, meet eligibility criteria, and contribute to the open engagement of the Georgetown student community as outlined in the Student Organization Standards.
